The ISD requirement will provide a basic introduction to development of a program of instruction as well as the adult learner. However, there is no formal “instructor course” offered through the program. Students interested in mastering basic classroom skills are encouraged to complete the EMS Instructor Course Level I, offered by the National Association of EMS Educators.
