We typically see two main types of students enrolling in the track. One group is EMS providers who have an undergraduate degree and are seeking instructor or educator positions. This track provides them with the basic credentials to competitively seek such positions.
The second group is practicing EMS educators, usually employed by a community college, who are seeking a graduate degree to advance at their institution either in faculty rank or into leadership positions.
